What We Do ?

Limuru Archdiocesan Farm under the Archdiocese of Nairobi was established as early as 1902 under the Holy Ghost Fathers. It was later to be registered and incorporated in the 1970s under the Catholic Archdiocese of Nairobi. The Farm initiated its full operation under Limuru Archdiocesan Farm in the year 2002. In the year 2015, the Archdiocese of Nairobi pursued the registration of Limuru Archdiocesan Farm as an autonomous registered and incorporated company now the “BOVIS LIMITED”. Bovis Ltd was registered and was issued with Certificate of Incorporation and KRA PIN Number.

Bovis Limited is fully entitled to refining, packaging, marketing and distributing Tigoni Natural Spring Water and Tigoni Yoghurt under the umbrella of Limuru Archdiocesan Farm.

The Farm exercises its mandate to provide products and services of high quality standards to the consumers / end users at very competitive prices to enable in uplifting the living standards of our society.

Limuru Archdiocesan Farm is situated within Limuru town, Kiambu West District in approximate land area of 300 acres. Out of the 300 acres, 200 acres are on tea, 100 acres on horticulture, dairy and other supplementary projects. The farm has a labour force of about 170 employees. 70 employees are on permanent and short term contracts.

The Farm main line of business is refining and packaging Tigoni Natural Spring water, manufacturing of Tigoni Yoghurt and growing of tea which is supplemented by Horticulture, dairy farming and forestry.
